Healing Through the Body & What You Love
My work began with my own healing.
In my early twenties, I was struggling with chronic health issues that left me feeling exhausted, disconnected from my body, and searching for answers. Like many people, I was told my symptoms were something I would simply have to live with and there was no "cure" with western medicine.
But something inside me knew there had to be another way. Being a blue collar worker it was very unheard of for people like me to look into alternative healing, instead of sucking it up until it eats you alive.
That search led me into the world of nervous system regulation, somatic movement, trauma healing, subconscious reprogramming, and holistic wellness. As I began to understand how deeply stress, trauma, and emotional experiences live within the body, everything started to make sense.
And utilizing these processes along with supporting my detox pathways, and dietary changes, my body began to heal.
One of the most powerful things I discovered was that healing doesn’t always require reliving painful memories or endlessly talking about the past. The body has its own language, and when we learn to work with it, it can release what it has been holding, often without needing to analyze or revisit the hurt.
Through practices that support the nervous system and reconnect us to the body, it’s possible to release stored stress, tension, and survival patterns in a more efficient way.
Today, I guide others through that same process, but without the woo woo, spiritual fluff that makes you feel out of place and uncomfortable. I simplified the process and made it easy to connect with, to not lose who you are in the process or lose your edge that makes you excellent.
My work focuses on helping people reconnect with their bodies, regulate their nervous systems, and release the stress and patterns that keep them stuck in cycles of anxiety, overwhelm, and disconnection.
Because healing doesn’t come from fighting the body.
It comes from learning to listen to it.
Your body already knows how to heal.
Sometimes it simply needs the right support to remember how.
